Home-made Mac and Cheese

You will need: 1 box of pasta (Rotini);

2 cans cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz.)

1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.);

Bread crumbs;

4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

To begin: 1) Using a large sauce pan or "Dutch oven" cook and drain pasta. Then return to the cooking pot.

2) Mix into the pasta: the evaporated milk, cheddar cheese soup, about 1/3 of the cheese.

Then coat the mixture with a light sprinkling of bread crumbs and mix in as well.

3) Pour mixture into an 8x10 baking/casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.

4) Bake covered at 350 for about 30 minutes. (For a "Hot and Spicy" version add Jalapeno Peppers.) Be careful not to add too many bread crumbs or cook too long.
